Career
• Over many years David has been responsible for the management of over 10,000 employees in aggregate.
• His expertise spans seventeen various industries in over a dozen different countries.
• David has served on the Board of Directors of three public and numerous private companies.
• He has worked on Wall Street, and has been CEO to numerous companies.
• He has introduced cross-country culture caucus to develop corporate culture, with a common denominator for all subsidiaries.
• In 1984 as an executive of North Hills USA, he formed North Hills Israel, with the assistance of OPIC USA, as an” IBM Partner” in the data communication field. North Hills Israel developed, and manufactured data communication hardware products for the IBM Token-Ring, and military power-suplies,for a multitude of targeted clients world wide. The company consisted of 200 highly skilled employees.
• In 1994, David formed Integrity Ventures Inc, a venture capital fund, investing in First Stage start-ups in Israel. The fund invested in the high tech field of multi-media software development, hypertext software technology, data communications, hardware and software.
• In Israel, Integrity Ventures introduced the corporate culture consulting services of Wally Olins, a globally-respected creator of 'Corporate Culture & Identity"
• In 1998, David joined Solid ISG Group - Investment Bankers. as a Vice President. By 1999 he was named CEO of the corporation with branches in the UK, Germany and Israel. Solid, through its investment bank subsidiaries, Solid ISG Capital USA, Inc. and Solid ISG Capital Markets LLC, was involved in a range of services including private placements, IPOs as a lead or co-manager, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, fairness opinions, financial advisory services, retail brokerage and market making.
